Performance Fee For Service

HAI’s vast experience and expertise in performing arts production benefits both nonprofit and private sector audiences. HAI’s track record as successful producers of entertainment and cultural events is evidenced by over 40 years of providing this service to many different types of audiences. Live performance perfectly matched to your event can set a mood, reflect a particular image, and promote connections – outcomes that can be invaluable when planning an event. HAI would like to share its commitment to the arts with your organization, thereby giving you twice as much value for your purchase by coordinating and scheduling your performance needs and redirecting profits to support live performing arts experiences to individuals who have been shut out of the cultural mainstream.

For more than 41 years, HAI has been booking over 200 events per month (over 98,000 events!!) – live performances in many different types of alternative venues including prisons, health related facilities, and schools as well as in corporate settings. Since HAI’s audiences represent a cross section of communities we book a variety of performances. To get an idea of the diversity, recent events include Chinese dance, African American dance and drums, a Klezmer ensemble, steel pan player and a classical string trio. Among the many events HAI schedules, notable artists have appeared including Whoopi at Rikers Island, Chaka Khan at Manhattan Psychiatric Center and Anna Moffo at the Isabella Geriatric Center.

By using HAI as your performance presenter, you will have the unique opportunity to get the very best in arts and entertainments, while reaping the benefit of giving back to your community and our city’s underserved.
